They hold inventory across a very wide catalogue of alloys and fastener types and ship what is on the shelf. That model is genuinely useful when you need one box of an exotic alloy fastener tomorrow.
It is the wrong model when you need a specific part made to a specific standard, repeatably, in volume, with the same thread form and the same head geometry on the ten thousandth piece as on the first.
We run production at our own facility at 136-140/17, Industrial Area Phase-1, Chandigarh. That means we control the thread rolling, the head forming, the heat treatment and the finish, rather than selecting the nearest match from stock. It also means we can make a part that does not exist in any catalogue, from your drawing or a physical sample.
Our range is deliberately narrower than a stockist's and considerably deeper within it. We concentrate on mild and carbon steel screws, which is what the overwhelming majority of fasteners in furniture, construction, ducting and general assembly actually are, and we put the engineering into the parts that decide whether a screw performs: thread form, head geometry, drive recess and finish.

Mild and carbon steel cover the great majority of industrial screw applications. Where corrosion is the concern, the finish does the work rather than the base metal, which is why we offer seven finish families from zinc through to the zinc-flake and multi-layer systems.

Case hardening is a heat treatment applied to our carbon steel rather than a separate material. It is what allows a self tapping screw to cut a thread in a substrate harder than itself.
Property class marks the strength of a steel fastener under ISO 898-1. The first number is one hundredth of the nominal tensile strength in megapascals; the second is ten times the ratio of yield to tensile strength. A note on high-strength fasteners: above class 10.9, electroplating introduces atomic hydrogen into the steel and can cause delayed brittle failure. For those classes we recommend a zinc-flake finish such as Dacromet or Geo-met, which is cured thermally rather than deposited electrolytically, so the embrittlement mechanism never begins.

Thread tolerance is 6g as standard, which leaves correct clearance for a plated or coated finish without binding. Tighter classes are available where a drawing calls for them.
We produce the great majority of standard head profiles: countersunk, raised countersunk, pan, bugle, truss, cheese, fillister, button, wafer, pancake, hex, hex flange, hex washer and socket cap, plus non-standard geometry to drawing. Drive recesses cover Philips, Pozidriv, Torx, square, internal hex and slotted. For powered and automated assembly we usually recommend Torx, whose near-vertical flanks generate almost no cam-out, which cuts bit replacement cost and reject rates.
